Keyes Road | Mapesbury London

The project involved constructing three single-storey extensions and completely refurbishing the ground floor of a Victorian semi-detached house located in the Mapesbury Conservation Area.

Our work included the construction of the rear extensions that interconnect the kitchen, living and dining rooms. A dark grey brick was specified and this was carefully laid following the designed pattern provided by the architect.

To bring natural light into the interiors and improve the connection with the garden, we installed arched steel doors and a large skylight. We retained many of the original details internally, and the joinery was a combination of bespoke fitted joinery and reclaimed elements such as the island and living room bookshelf.
