Dartmouth Park Road | Camden London

This project involved a loft conversion, building a full-width rear extension, and the complete refurbishment of a three-story terraced house with a basement in the Dartmouth Park Conservation Area.

The loft space was transformed into a master bedroom with an en-suite, which was connected to the rest of the house with a contemporary timber screen and a new timber stair. We replaced the roof entirely with new steels, insulation, and dark slates to match the existing look.

The old rear extension was demolished, and in its place, we built a new single-story and double-story extension to create an open-plan kitchen-dining room with bespoke joinery and new finishes. We also installed new 'crittal style' doors and created a new outdoor terrace with patterned cement tiles.

The entire house underwent a complete refurbishment on all floors, including the addition of a new study, laundry room, and snug room.
